I practice family law because I believe families deserve clarity, stability, and thoughtful guidance during some of the most difficult periods of their lives. My role is to be a steady, supportive ally—someone who explains the process clearly, helps clients understand their options, and protects what matters most: their children, their financial well-being, and their peace of mind.

I prioritize negotiated resolutions whenever possible because settlement allows clients to retain control, reduce conflict, and move forward sooner. When settlement isn’t achievable, I am fully prepared to litigate. I bring significant courtroom experience and approach every case with a tailored, strategic plan designed around each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

I stay active in the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers community, and I regularly write, speak, and collaborate with colleagues to advance best practices in family law. I also volunteer with The Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County and Legal Access Alameda, assisting self-represented litigants in navigating the court system.
